Printmaking is a wonderful, tactile experience with thick inks, plates and the huge old roller presses at the Edinburgh Printmakers studio. Monoprints are one of a kind and allow for spontaneity and expressive mark-making. Lino prints involve a lot of prepping but are great for editions. Despite their seeming simplicity, there is a whole lot of work that goes into making each print!
